The Queensland Protein Group is comprised of scientists from academia, hospitals, research institutes and industry.
We hold regular meetings and events enabling discussion and exchange of expertise, as well as information on the latest research and technology developments in protein science.

Event: South East Queensland Structural Biology Forum: Special Seminar
Date/Venue: 3.30pm - 5pm, 24th August 2011, Queensland Biosciences Precinct, St Lucia, Brisbane.
Details: A/Prof. Martin Scanlon from the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences will present a special seminar titled "New drugs for bad bugs – Targeting bacterial virulence using fragment based drug design" as part of the South East Qld Structural Biology Forum.
