Identification of family.
- Byun, et al. (2007) alluded to the HSL family of lipases.
- All four members of the HSL family of lipases are present in the DALI search.
- Characterised by their structural similarity to the mammalian hormone sensitive lipase.
- A mammalian HSL was not returned in the BLAST search!
- 2pbl is a notably shorter peptide - poor alignment?
