Sequence similarity in regions characteristic to the HSL family of lipases as identified by Arpigny and Jaeger (1999).
- Characterised by their structural similarity to the mammalian hormone sensitive lipase.
- A mammalian HSL was not returned in the BLAST search!
- 2pbl is a notably shorter peptide - poor alignment?
