Research into Evolution up to 4th Week.
Blast Results show that flascin 1 is very highly conserved throughout the Eukarya Domain (112 hits all with excellent E value and High scores)
Distance Matrix Calcuation Provided by protdist. Prior to use, sequences attained from BLAST were trimmed in size from 100 to 41. Sequences with long gaps, additional length and mismatches in conserved regions were exempt from the protdist analysis.
